IT’S CHALLENGE BY CHOICE.

Any positive steps you make are steps in the right direction. But if you really want to challenge yourself…

#1.  Each day this week perform a Random Acts of Kindness. Take notice of its effect on you—the giver—and the receiver. You can either pre-plan it or just be on the lookout to show kindness when the opportunity arises.

#2.  Once this week identify your signature strengths. What comes easily to you? What are you passionate about? What strengths do others see in you? Discover what they are and get creative about ways you can activate them for good, then do it.

→  THINK, STEP THREE 

What’s the Big Idea? Do you agree that the sweet spot in life is where what you love, what you are good at and what serves the world all come together? Have you experienced it for yourself? What could you do now to enter that sweet spot?

How did the challenges go? What was your highlight Random Act of Kindness? Did performing a RAK give you a lift? What are your signature strengths? What do you think are the strengths of those close to you?
