At PESA we care about teacher wellbeing and so we are providing you and your school with free access to Lesson One of The Lift Project, where Dr Darren Morton shares in an engaging way the science behind why positive language can lift your mood and your life.

Enjoy the lesson on your own, or watch the main video in the lesson together in a staff meeting. It is our gift to you!

What is The Lift Project and how does it work? The Lift Project is a 10-week wellbeing program that draws together science-based, wellbeing-enhancing strategies from Neuroscience, Lifestyle Medicine and Positive Psychology. With a focus on mental health, The Lift Project is lifting lives around the globe by equipping individuals with the skills to take charge of their own wellbeing so they can be happier and more resilient.

The Lift Project was developed by Australian-based Dr Darren Morton (PhD, FASLM) who is an internationally recognised wellbeing expert (with special expertise in Lifestyle Medicine) and an award-winning educator and researcher.

We encourage you to invite your family to do the lesson with you – it’s fun and family-friendly!
