HOW CAN WE HELP?

We’d love to chat about how we can lift you and your organisation!

The Lift Project is designed to help your employees develop resilience, feel good and function effectively. Prioritising mental health and wellbeing will not only improve your bottom line, it will also help you to attract (and keep) top talent.

Our evidence-based wellbeing program uniquely brings together evidence-based strategies drawn from research in the fields of Neuroscience, Lifestyle Medicine and Positive Psychology. Created by internationally recognised wellbeing expert, Dr Darren Morton, The Lift Project experientially explores 10 wellbeing-enhancing topics over 10 weeks (with an emphasis on mental wellbeing and resilience) that are designed to lift individuals, groups and organisations.

The Lift Project is accessed through our online learning platform, and has the ability to transition seamlessly between face-to-face and online delivery as needed.

PSYCHOSOCIAL SAFETY

In Australia, employers have an obligation to eliminate or minimise psychosocial risks to protect employee mental health. The Lift Project offers a proactive and evidence-based approach to minimising psychosocial hazards—factors in the work environment that can harm mental health, such as stress, low morale, poor communication, and lack of support.

The Lift Project provides a structured framework to enhance psychological wellbeing. It moves beyond compliance to create a thriving, connected, and mentally healthy workforce where psychosocial hazards are minimised.

Make your workplace safer and more productive by preventing psychological harm, improving wellbeing, and aligning with global best practices in work health and safety.

BENEFITS OF THE LIFT PROJECT

Presented in an easily understandable manner, The Lift Project draws together the findings from over 300 studies in Neuroscience, Positive Psychology and Lifestyle Medicine. The effectiveness of The Lift Project has been investigated in several studies with the findings presented at academic conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals. A randomised controlled trial involving approximately 400 participants has shown significant reductions in depression, anxiety and stress, and significant improvements in vitality and life satisfaction (see figures below).

HOW IT WORKS

You can choose your own self-paced educational adventure with The Lift Project, but the most popular approach is to take one topic each week over 10 weeks. The Lift Project is ideally undertaken in a group setting – which makes it perfect for your workplace!

We provide you with individual access to an online learning platform, for deeper engagement; and encourage you to combine this with a weekly group meeting where you can share, encourage, and motivate each other.

Each topic takes about 30 minutes to complete online; and while you determine the timeframe that suits your team best, we find most weekly group meetings take between 30-60 minutes.
